Job Description

The successful Warehouse Inventory Administrator will be responsible for maintaining high standards of stock control, maintain an excellent working relationship with the client trough precise and accurate inventory counts.Client DetailsPage Personnel Logistics have partnered up with a rapidly growing 3PL distribution contract in their search for a Warehouse Inventory Administrator. This role will play a critical part in this organisations expansion plans in helping to successfully delivertheir growth across 2022 and beyond at their new site in Derby!DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Warehouse Inventory Administrator are:

  • Liaise with suppliers and maintain an excellent working relationship with the client through precise and accurate inventory counts
  • Produce reports as requested by line managers
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing calls professionally
  • Monitor the stock levels and report into management
  • Track goods from outsourced locations
ProfileThe successful Warehouse Inventory Administrator will posses:
  • Ability to work Sunday - Thursday 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm shifts
  • A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background.
  • Previous inventory or stock experience is preferred
  • Warehousing knowledge including exposure to WMS systems
  • Ability to maintain records and files accurately and to a high standard
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated
  • Easily commutable to Derby - Derbyshire
Job OfferThe successful candidate for the role of Warehouse Inventory Administrator in Derby will receive
  • Salary £24,000 to £27,000
