UX DesignerBasic salary up to £50,000 + benefitsEast Midlands but client will support remote workingMy client is a global leader in the provision of products, services and software that support patient care across the healthcare industry. With a global turnover in excess of $3B last year, they are a true market leader in the field of infection prevention.Their head office is based in the US and they have offices spanning the world with a big UK presence.My client is embarking on a significant digital change programme to improve the user experience and customer experience at every conceivable touch point and they are forming a new digital consultancy to be based here in the UK to lead the change agenda.The role of the UX Designer is to guide the visual and interactive evolution of the digital portfolio across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with team members throughout the development cycle, pair with developers and product owners on design andsupport the team with wireframes, flow diagrams, rapid prototypes and visual design to validate design ideas. Furthermore you will be the voice of the customer, sharing data and insights to communicate customer needs and best practice.The successful candidate with have a proven track record of working within user experience in a consumer facing digital environment. You will be proficient with prototyping tools such as Figma and be comfortable with iterative design processes. A good levelof understanding of HTML / CSS with experience of optimizing design concepts around is essential along with good knowledge and experience with the Adobe tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.This is a superb opportunity to join a new and cutting edge internal digital consultancy that will allow you to be creative and take the lead on the user experience design across multiple platforms.
