Reporting to our Chief Transformation Officer, you will be responsible for driving the process, performance management and overall execution of the transformation program.Main Accountabilities;Program delivery control Lead the weekly PMO cadence and drive program governance process Coordinate activities of workstream leads to ensure universal control of recovery program Collaborate with Finance to ensure financial reconciliation of program impact and forecasted impact Issue standard and adhoc reports and conduct analysis as requiredSupport initiative delivery Continuously identify initiatives roadblocks or delays, define actions needed to unblock and follow up to ensure "course correction" problem solving as needed to achieve the ambition Challenge the status quo and be hungry for opportunities and better results Act as a problem solving partner for the business as it seeks to identify new initiatives and generate greater impact, faster Break down organizational barriers to collaboration to ensure maximum value delivered Support workstream teams to build the capabilities of initiative owners and others in the businessProvide program performance transparency to Steerco Validate and ensure reporting reflects program performance and highlight exceptions to management team Present/support preparation of program updates during key stakeholder meetings Prepare senior leadership on transformation talking points for management updates and internal communicationsKnowledge & Skills Required; Extensive experience of defining, managing and delivering large scale complex business change programs Well networked across company with a deep knowledge of each segment, function and the operating environment Degree, higher education or management/business qualification Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Adept at problem solving, with sound business judgment and strong analytical skill Positive and proactive process management with an eye for detail and a strong challenger mentality Confident in Board level engagements
