Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorCastle Donington (Close to Nottingham / Derby / Leicetser) DE74Option of working up to 3 days per week from homeMonday to Friday 0830 - 1730Gi Group are working with a large organisation based in Castle Donington who are looking for Customer Service superstars to join their team. This company work with some of the most recognisable brands in the UK and an industry leader in their field. As a CustomerService Advisor / Trainee Customer Service advisor, you will play a key role in advising customers about their orders and enquiries by email and telephone so you will need to be a confident communicator and have a passion for excellent customer service.Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service at all times
  • Working in a fast paced department
  • To be professional at all times
  • Working well with other departments
  • Manage and prioritise daily / weekly workload
  • Ensure all telephone calls are dealt with in a timely manner and responding to emails
  • Apply 100% attention to detail as well as excellent standard of spelling, punctuation and grammar.
  • Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately
  • Attend project meetings giving input where relevant
Pay and Benefits
