Job Description

Telemarketer required for exciting business based on Pride Park, if you enjoy talking to people and being part of success, this is the role for you!The purpose of the role is to maximise business opportunities via cold calling, this position is based within a family run business who value their staff.Key Tasks will include:

  • Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Identifying potential new business needs and opportunities with existing customers.
  • Following up direct marketing campaigns.
  • Gathering information such as decision maker details.
  • Keeping customer information accurate and up to date.
Telemarketer - The Candidate:
  • The successful candidate will have a professional and confident telephone manner.
  • The ability to communicate at all levels effectively.
  • You will be used to making outbound calls and gathering information, up to 100 calls per day.
  • A high level of self-motivation.
  • Good use of initiative is essential.
The role is working Monday to Friday.Salary 22k with onsite parking or accessible via public transport, prime location on Pride Park.Driving licence required due to the next step in the role going out to see clients face to face, a progression path is in place for the right person.Please Apply Today!
