Job Description

Job Title: Technical HGV Trainer Company: Dovetail and Slate LimitedLocation: Derby Salary: £30,000-42,000 per annum Start Date: Immediate Dovetail and Slate Limited, a reputable recruitment company specializing in educational roles, is seeking passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join one of our private training clients, based in Derby.   • Delivering high-quality lectures and workshops to students studying Technical HGV Courses. Including the mechanics and technical aspects of HGV. (Not driving)
  • Developing and designing engaging lesson plans, materials, and assessments.
  • Facilitating discussions and interactive activities to encourage student participation and comprehension.
  • Providing guidance and support to students, both in and outside the classroom, to enhance their learning experience.
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback on assignments and exams.
  • Collaborating with our client to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in within the Technical / Mechanic aspect of HGV.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically.
  • Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
