Do you have a passion for Mental Health and those in crisis Do you prompt a therapeutic method of support Do you have experience within mental health and team management Are you looking for your next opportunity within the mental health sectorI am currently working with a leading provider of mental health services in the charity sector, that have been proving support to those in the community for the past 60 years.They are now seeking a TEAM MANAGER to join their Safe Haven centre in Derby.The centre providers the following support and methods to those that use the service;Individualised support and safety plans agreed in partnership with the person who is accessing support taking account of the skills, knowledge, and experience that the person already has available to them. Therapeutic interventions such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural therapy, and the development of a toolbox of coping strategies to foster resilience when back at home. Engagement, information and guidance for families and wider support networks to ensure they have the resources and knowledge to provide continued support once contact with the service ends.As a Team Manager your role will be too; 1. To promote the service and manage all referrals into the service, ensuring these meet the criteria for the service.2. To provide individual and group support sessions to Service Users to enable them to move into suitable and sustainable work and/or learning opportunities.3. To manage the quality and support provided to clients within a designated service/location in line with Service Models and policy.4. To manage contracts on a day-to-day basis, including being the first point of contact for the Contract Manager, where appropriate.5. To ensure data entry to MI & reporting systems is accurate, timely and in line with quality assurance requirements.6. To undertake all investigations arising from clients, preparing reports, and resolving issues where appropriate, to escalate the problem to the Registered Manager where appropriate.7. To manage the risk load within a given service/location including making recommendations to the Registered Manager on whether there is capacity to manage additional risk when assessing Service Users, allocating resources appropriately and ensuring safeworking practices are put in place to support the client appropriately.To be considered for this role you must have mental health experience, have a good knowledge and background of CQC and the Mental Health Act, be able to lead and motive a team. You must also be able to communication to individuals on different levels and beable to manage a caseload.For your hard work and commitment, you will get the chance to develop your career and skills set.
