You will have the opportunity to work closely with and be mentored by an experienced Tax Manager who will be looking to build a strong partnership with you.Based in South Nottinghamshire with great transport links, this company offers hybrid working of 3 days in the office. It is a tight-knit tax team, with plenty of opportunity to take responsibility and grow.Role Purpose...* Review and timely filing of the UK VAT return, Ireland VAT returns and various other product related tax returns.* Supporting the outsourced Corporation Tax returns process.* Accounting for all of the above returns ensuring that all records are maintained* Support compliance and optimisation of import / export processes and associated duties.* Responsibility for the taxation elements of the Refresco UK Import / Export process post Brexit.* R&D claim preparation and submission with support of external tax advisors* Preparation of quarterly and annual tax reporting to the parent company.
