Job Description

Technical Support SpecialistLocation: Capital House, Pride Place, Derby, DE24 8QR (Hybrid Working Available)Culture Recruitment is looking for Technical Support Specialist to join the vibrant Head Office of the UKs leading mortgage intermediary, where innovation and customer focus drive our success. Were seeking a dynamic and technically minded individual toplay a key role in supporting our purpose-built in-house system across our growing network of firms.Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for system queries, resolving tasks for internal and external users.
  • Diagnose and provide support for IT hardware and software, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
  • Log and manage queries within agreed SLAs, analyzing and reporting on trends.
  • Produce and maintain documentation for software releases.
  • Provide high-level customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Minimize customer downtime through effective workarounds and solutions.
  • Escalate major incidents to the appropriate personnel.
ESG Responsibilities: Commit to the companys MABology, integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into daily activities.About You:
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.

  • Experience with laptop builds and supporting in-house and external customers.
