Job Description

Are you an experienced Conveyancer searching for your next career move Our client has some exciting news to announce! Due to a rapid period of exponential growth by way of a new acquisition, we can now add to our fantastic legal team. Were seeking a SeniorProperty Lawyer in Derby, and the hybrid role comes with a salary of £35,000.00 to £45,000.00 and excellent benefits.As a Senior Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for your own caseload of sale and purchase matters, including leasehold, new build, and shared ownership matters.To give you an idea of how this Senior Property Lawyer role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Run and manage a suitably sized caseload, subject to seasonality and continuing review of capacity both individually and across the department, with the use of an assistant
  • Ensure all activity within the team is completed in accordance with strict deadlines and in line with set KPIs and SLAs
  • Meet all individual targets and objectives, including, but not limited to, the target number of completions per month
  • Communicate with clients over the telephone, email and in face-to-face meetings.
To apply for this Senior Property Lawyer role, you will need a minimum of 2 years experience (but all levels considered, including more senior) in a prior conveyancing fee earner role. Confidence in dealing with leasehold, new build and shared ownershipsales and purchases.
