Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based in Derby to recruit for a for a Senior Organisation and People Development Advisor for a full time permanent role. Reporting directly into the Organisational Development Manager and working alongside a team of advisors you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive organisational development service, providing advice and support to management across the organisation, as well as design and deliver solutions on all aspects of Organisation Development to promote capability and performance. You will work in a small team and will be responsible for line managing two employees and will manage various development agendas, including online staff learning, apprenticeships and leadership/management development.You will support and promote both face to face and online learning and development coaching and mentoring, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.You will be able to take ownership for the design, development and management of key provisions and lead developments for staff and managers as part of ongoing CPD programs throughout their employee life cycle, You will be able to develop and support managers to engage and motive teams, review the organisations appraisal approach focusing on effectiveness and capability,About you:You will ideally have a Post graduate qualification or equivalent.(i.e. management/ development related) and a coaching qualificationYou will have experience in leading a teamExperience in designing and delivering staff development, as part of change programmeExperience of supporting corporate change and improvement activity
