Zachary Daniels as a retail focussed recruitment company who work with the biggest and best loved brands in the UK.We are currently partnered with a retail brand in Nottingham who are looking for a new Senior CRM professional to join their team.You will join as the Senior CRM Data & Campaigns Manager and be responsible for all the automation system and all associated processes, operations, and governance that ensure the daily delivery of communications to our customers. You will prioritise andmanage the campaign workload briefed in from the CRM team, accountable for the creation and provision of campaign data for all current and planned CRM campaigns.You will support the CRM team, other marketing functions and departments at the support centre with the provision of customer and CRM data and reports.You can expect a busy but high achieving environment with a purpose, culture, and values to match, where everyone is working towards the same goal: creating joy in vision for our colleagues and customers.Experience needed:
