Job Description

Security Receptionist/Front of House-Derby (£9.11per hour)Location: DerbySalary: £9.11 per hourSet Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00**Frontline SIA Badge required**Role OverviewAs a Security Receptionist at Cordant Security, you will be a key player within our team working on our prestigious clients Warehouse and Distribution site in Derby DE21 area. You will ensure the safety of our staff and customers and assets within their working environment, whilst providing excellent customer service. Cordant Security pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment.

  • Its a varied role which will include:
  • Covid-19 Monitoring
  • Basic Administration
  • Reception duties,
  • Signing visitors in and out
  • Enforcing access control procedures
  • Assisting with mail deliveries
  • Preparing meetings and arranging preparations for visitors leaving the building such as calling taxis
  • Creating reports
  • Operating multi-line phone system
  • Internal CCTV Monitoring
  • Incident Report Writing
  • Gatehouse and Warehouse duties

    • Experience in the above duties is required and a SIA security licence is essential for this position.For this role you will be required to complete our screening procedure BS7858:2019 should you application be successful.
