Role: School ReceptionistStart Date: 22nd August 2022Working Pattern: 37 Hours per WeekSchool: Da Vinci AcademyTrust: L.E.A.D Academy TrustContract Type: Full TimeThe Supply Register are recruiting on behalf of The L.E.A.D Academy Trust to support Da Vinci Academy in appointing a School Receptionist to start on the 22nd August 2022.The successful applicant will provide a comprehensive reception service for the Academy including working with all staff, parents and stakeholders.The L.E.A.D. Our innovative Initial Teaching Training (ITT) route aims to increase the number of quality teachers in our schools. By working in partnership with The University of Nottingham and other regional Universities, we are also creating a research culture within our alliance that will impact positively on teaching, learning and the achievement of young peopleIn summary, we are looking for someone who will: Be the 1st level advice and reception service, both face to face and on the telephone, to parents, carers and other callers to the school. Ensure that callers and visitors to the academy are dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner and that they or their queries are directed to the appropriate member of staff. Ensure that the academys standards of customer care are achieved. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in dealing with requests and maintaining records.
