Job Description

Relationship Manager London or Derby (hybrid - 3 days office 2 days home working)£45,000 - £55,000The Executive Network Groups Logistics & Transport Division is currently recruiting for a Relationship Manager ineither London or Derby to join one of our leasing and asset management of all types of railway rolling stock clients on a full time permanent basis.The Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Relationship Managers with Key Account Plans (Operator level) and Operating Group Account Plans where appropriate
  • Attend Customer Lease Review meetings where appropriate
  • Attend Customer meetings with regards to new build opportunities where appropriate and assist with developing ‘Capture Plans’ for upcoming new build opportunities (Northern, TPE, ScotRail, LSER etc)
  • Provide support to the Pricing Team to develop Customer offers
  • Provide support to the Commercial Strategy Team to develop initiatives and opportunities relating to the fleet portfolio (DMU strategy until life-end, Decarbonisation, Digital etc)
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an Account Manager/BDM role
  • A working knowledge and understanding of the rail industry preferable
  • Relationship planning and maintaining Customer interfaces (incl Key Account Plans
  • Developing and updating new business opportunities (Capture Plans)
  • Developing and updating slide-decks appropriate for presentation internally and externally
  • Experience with pricing/bid management.
