Are you interested in a new challenge Do you want to join a forward thinking, competent, patient focused, Nursing TeamAn exciting opportunity has arisen for Registered Nurses to join our friendly Discharge Assessment Unit.The newly formed Discharge Assessment Unit is fast paced area designed to support flow of patients out of hospital allowing for assessment and ongoing planning.During your first month on the ward you will be supported throughout with an induction and orientation period where you can gain knowledge about discharge planning which we provide. In the near future the Senior Nursing Team will be happy to support you personally and professionally to achieve all your career goals.We are able to offer many exciting challenges and can assist with further training.We are looking for confident, reliable, enthusiastic individuals who would enjoys working in a busy fast paced environmentFull / Part Time hours available.In return we will offer:
