You will answer all branch enquiries via email/ phone and completepayroll weekly for 70+ temporary workerswithin the branch.You will be responsible for writing engaging job adverts and posting on our job board web platform, deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates as well as keeping all records up to date in the CRM system. You will complete all telephone screens and face to face/ what’s app video registrations with candidates ensuring they are suitable for the job role. You will be speaking withclientsdaily, andvisiting their premiseson a regular basis so yourown transportis essential.You will haveat least 1 year’s experience within a similar role from a recruitment agency background, ideally the industrial sector. You must be able to work under pressure within a challenging environment with an excellent eye for detail to completecompliancechecks to meetlegalrequirements. Excellent IT skills are required to perform successfully in this role with previous MS Office knowledge and CRM experience. You must beflexible, with the ability tomulti taskin areactiveandfast pacedenvironment.
