Gi Group is reaching out to Recruitment Consultants that would love to move in to a busy Internal Recruitment Assistant position based in Derby-Pride Park. This role will require someone who is very organized and has experience working in a high-volume recruitmentenvironment.Whats in for you:* £21,664 per annum* Working Monday to Friday either 8am-4pm or Monday to Friday 9am-5pm* Holiday entitlement* Health Care* Work Pension* Great team to work withAbout the role:* Providing support and guidance to managers and candidates with regards to all on-boarding matters; in line with our policies and procedures, and best practice. Referring to HRBP when the need arises.* Building and maintaining good working relationships with all customers; internal and external with the confidence and ability to challenge professionally; if required.* Generating professional, pertinent and consistent communications in relation to on-boarding to all relevant personnel. Ensuring management of expectations and escalations of concerns or issues to the HRBP.* Responsible for end to end on-boarding for all candidates including handover and/or notification of information to relevant departments such as IT, HR admin, payroll.* Responsible for the regular input and maintenance of on-boarding tracker. * Responsible for ensuring required compliance elements are obtained for substantive, bank, agency or FTC candidates and recorded in line with GDPR, HR best practice and audit & Clinical requirements at the point of engagement of new personnel.* Responsible in ensuring escalation of any potential or foreseeable on-boarding delays to HRBP and relevant manager if required* Responsible in updating HRIS in relation to all agency workers ensuring all data is captured in HRIS to ensure accurate extraction of data and reports.* Ensuring all Induction and training arrangements are made for new starters within the Division.* Supporting HR Administrators when required in times of high-volume work or leave.* Creation of ID Badges and SMART cards including access rights.* Raising POs and Supplier information when required. * Supporting with all aspects of the recruitment and selection in line with our Policies and Procedures. * Creation, collation and distribution of regular on-boarding status reports to HRBP. * Filing, photocopying and general administration duties when the need arises.If you are interested please apply or give us a call on and ask for Arita.Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited group of companies includes Gi Recruitment Limited, Draefern Limited, Gi Group Recruitment Ltd, INTOO (UK) Limited, Marks Sattin (UK) Limited, TACK TMI UK Limited and Grafton Professional Staffing Limited.
