Job Description

Are you a Recruitment Consultant looking to take a step away from salesOr are you an experienced Account Manager looking to progress your career within a successful, growing companyEncore are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to manage and develop a large portfolio of Encores existing clients within the Industrial recruitment sector.The Company:Would you like to be a part of one of the UKs leading temporary and permanent recruitment businesses With a 78 million pound turnover for 2019, Encore place approx. 4,200 workers weekly across 10 branches within Industrial, Engineering/Technical, Driving and Energy sectors.Encore have recently been announced in the London Stock Exchanges landmark report the 1000 companies that inspire Britain for the second year running. This report showcases the UKs most inspiring and fast growing companies.Your New Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of Encores accounts - client relationship management, contract management and resourcing.
  • Rapport / relationship building, service visits, networking.
  • Attracting, screening and introducing candidates to meet your clients requirements.
  • Managing recruited candidates performances and troubleshooting any issues to ensure that clients and contractors are consistently satisfied.
  • Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Staying on top of competitor activity so we are able to maintain market leader status.
  • Drive through innovations that improve our value proposition to clients and candidates.

  • Industrial recruitment experience is advantageous
  • Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Highly motivated and tenacious.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills .
  • Car owner and driver - essential.
