One of the UKs largest Geotechnical and contaminated land consultancies in the UK are looking to bring on a new tam member to help manage a mix of small and large scale projects in multiple area within the industry.This is a great chance to join one of the UKs largest multi-disciplinary companies who take time to help develop and train their employees and put the employees interests first.Responsibilities:Producing tenders for geo-environmental ground investigationsUndertaking Phase I & II geo-environmental ground investigations for all scales of projects and types of site with senior support as necessaryProficient in undertaking intrusive site investigation works for geotechnical and environmental purposesReporting of Phase I & II geo-environmental site investigationsQuantitative risk assessment for human health, controlled waters, ground gas and vapoursSupervision of remediation works and earthworks (training given)Liaison with clients and regulatorsPerson specification:At least five years specific relevant experienceA good understanding of water, ground and soil gas site investigation techniques and assessments.A good knowledge of the principal soil and rock strata encountered in the UK and able to log samples using the descriptions contained within BS:5930Familiar with and able to interpret geological maps and geological dataAble to complete factual and interpretative Phase I & II assessmentsStrong track record in managing time and resources effectively and within budget.Full UK driving licence.This is an amazing company to work for and they are looking to feel this role quick, so dont miss out!The interview process is starting so apply quick!
