Role: Parts Coordinator Salary: £25k - £30k Location: Derby Type: Temp - PermanentOverview2Fawcett are recruiting for a Parts Coordinator to join a leading engineering business in Derby on a temporary to permanent basis. As the Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Parts Business, ensuring that Tenders are submitted in atimely manner, and management of expediting, shipping, and freight requirements, to fulfil the end customers delivery requirements.Responsibilities of the Parts Coordinator* Respond to stock queries from sales and suppliers * Processing purchase orders and checking order confirmations * Nurture positive relationships with suppliers and procurement team and provide customer service as needed * Deal with the booking in system and goods in process with the suppliers * Track goods in arrivals and address any delays * Working with the Warehouse Manager to organize the warehouse space ready for incoming stock * Working with the operational staff, checking off the incoming loads, and organizing and applying the product labels * Landing the stock onto the system ensuring effective certification checks * Working with transport, managing the transfer of stock from depots and the docks * Dealing with quarantine and damaged stock from suppliers * Checking off customer returns and dealing with quarantine and damaged stock * Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking or running out of stock Requirements of the Parts Coordinator* Previous experience in a similar role essential * Good level of IT understanding including Excel * Be driven and have a real can-do attitude * Customer Focused * Flexible approach to working hours What will you get in returnExcellent Salary Progression Plan On site parkingType PermanentWorking HoursMonday - Friday - Full Time
