Their focus is high-quality services and support, specialising in Enterprise Network Infrastructure, Collaboration and Security. They are one of only four Cisco Partners in the UK to hold both Cisco Gold and Master Collaboration status.What you will be doingAs the Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of our client’s Concierge service.In this key role, you’ll help customers to hold events via Cisco, the leading enterprise solution for video conferencing, online meetings, screen share and webinars.Specifically, you will:- Liaise with customers to capture the detailed event requirements- Create the event and manage the calendar- Manage registrations- Run test events to ensure the customer is ready for the main event- Host our client’s concierge service for live events- Handle post-event follow ups and reports- Complete customer timesheets for invoicing- Drive customer satisfaction levels across the various business functionsIn addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the Customer Satisfaction rating (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) of the business“So, what’s in it for me” you askOur client prides themselves for being a culture-based company buzzing with high energy.
