Neighbourhood Impact AssistantDerby (With some homeworking)Up to £21,431.64 per annumPermanent, Full Time (36.25)Your work can improve a community.As a Neighbourhood Impact Assistant the work you complete will help to improve peoples lives. In this role you will be an ambassador for our client and help support customers with their enquiries in regard to estate management and general housing enquiries.In this role you will spend some of your role mobile around Derby taking a proactive approach in the schemes you work to manage concerns such as fly tipping, graffiti and low level antisocial behaviour. From your work you will be able to develop a knowledgeof working closely with partner agencies such as local councils, property services as well as collaborating with Housing Officers.Working to create great communities for their customers to live in, this role will require you to be outgoing and proactively engage and develop working relationships with residents each day. This could be in the form of customer visits or attending customermeetings. You will also develop a working knowledge of estate management and have exposure to the completion of risk assessments and working with abandoned properties.This 36.25 hr per week role will also enable you some flexibility In your work. In addition to having a presence on site in Derby you will be able to work from home also completing administrative tasks and reports of your onsite findings. (Approximately70/30 split between onsite/home)To be successful in this role you will need to have great time management skills, be comfortable with some lone working and have an ability to schedule your own case work. Whilst previous experience of working with anti-social behaviour and housing law wouldbe advantageous, they welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate great customer service, people skills and a desire to develop.
