They provide Plumbing and Heating services, AC and Ventilation, Gas, Renewables and Underfloor heating throughout the UK for a number of blue-chip clients.You will likeThe Mechanical Estimator job itselfwhereyou willbe tendering multiples projects at any time, and your role will require you to understand and interpret project specifications & drawings, produce estimates for full mechanical services, measuring & takeoffs for materials and labour. Furthermore, you will be required to produce value engineering solutions, undertake design calculations and attend client meetings and post tender interviewsYou will haveTo be successful as Mechanical Estimator you must have experience ofworking within a Building Services Company (ideally a Design & Build Contractor) and be used to working on projects up to a value of £5 Million. The design aspect of this role is quite simple, in the sense that you will be mocking up a design for estimating purposes. Furthermore, if you have experience of using industry specific software such as Hevacomp, that would be looked upon favourably.You will get
