Job Description

Marketing & Customer Focus Executive

  • Location: Pride Park, Derby
  • Salary: £22.5-£25k + Bonus (Circa £27.5k PA)
  • Working hours: As the job requires (Minimum of 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday)
  • Annual leave: 22 days plus bank holidays (increased to 25 after 2 years)

  • Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver the agreed marketing strategy through the creation and implementation of effective digital and traditional marketing campaigns and events.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and external brand partners to ensure our activity delivers against key business objectives and is approved and executed within brand guidelines.
  • Understand business challenges and opportunities and advise both online and offline marketing solutions.
  • Responsible for growth and development of social and digital marketing channels, ensuring all content is quality, monitored and kept up to date.
  • Work in collaboration with the sales team on targeted / channelled marketing initiatives.
  • Support with quality and creative bid/tender development and turnaround.
  • Support/leading event coordination.
  • Supplier liaison and negotiation.
  • Take ownership of the companywide celebrity service initiatives
  • Take ownership of companywide Net Promoter Score coordination, collation and conducting NPS™ calls
  • Informing the business and how we need to market ourselves to get maximum exposure, open doors and put our brand at the forefront of key decision makers minds.
  • Driving daily weekly marketing messages through all channels / platforms
  • Creating case studies
  • Re-organising and owning the tender library
  • Identifying and managing attendance to events
  • Understands managing up works in an inclusive way
  • This is a somewhat unique marketing role that will having you delivering a full mix of B2B online and offline marketing, helping connect targeted sales and growth of the business to its marketing efforts, within a fast-paced and tenacious team. This will suit an up and coming B2B marketer with an ambition to develop new skills, experience, and capability. Youll be working seamlessly with external clients and stakeholders so exceptional / confident communications skills are essentialCandidate & Experience
  • Be passionate about marketing
  • Confident communicator and strong client facing
  • Degree in marketing or similar
  • Experience in creative design
  • Experience in creative writing
  • Proven track record of developing an organisations social media presence
  • Strong IT skills to include writing tenders (after being given content), recreating presentations, pulling together well written rfis, rfqs and completing to 90% for final top and tailing
  • Advanced excel experience to produce (MI) reports using pivot tables and all excel tools
  • A free thinker but works with inclusion and communication
  • Projects the successful candidate will likely be involved with
  • Supporting the launch of 3 new websites and updating of
  • Internal office wall art & visual upgrades
  • Updating/ensuring consistency and uniformity on internal and external literature with recently completed rebranding
  • Driving our "celebrity service" initiative in partnership with account directors
  • Coordination of 2021 planned client events
  • Driving cross business Net Promoter Scoring (NPS™) activities and collation of data
  • SEO and raising the group and sub brands presence on social media
  • Creative development of a suite of business case studies
  • Reporting line
  • Reporting into the Commercial Director with a dotted line into the Sales Director

  • 2nd stage formal face to face to include full competency based interview and site tour
  • 3rd stage example of work project set and face to face meeting to discuss and review - decision made to offer within 24 hours of final stage.
