Job Description

Job Title: Lettings NegotiatorLocation: Derby, DE1Salary: up to £10 per hour (dependent on experience)Frontline Recruitment, Derby are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator who has experience within the lettings industry. The successful candidate must be able to drive and have own transport.About the job:

  • Administration duties.
  • Answering incoming calls, greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Dealing with customer and clients correspondence
  • Liaising with both tenants and landlords
  • Dealing with resident issues both through written and verbal correspondence, ranging from initial enquiries to queries from existing landlords/tenants
  • Taking payments
  • Arranging viewings
  • Undertaking and controlling the process and all associated paperwork from the tenancy application stage through to creating tenancy agreements, liaising with Landlords and Tenants for their new tenancy.
Ideal candidate:
  • Experience as a lettings negotiator.
  • Reliable.
  • Punctual.
  • Hard-working.
  • IT literate - knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
