Job Description

Internal Recruitment ConsultantWe’re an innovative and technology orientated business and have an immediate requirement for an ambitious and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Internal Recruitment Consultant responsibilities to include identifying current & future needs and advertising job openings online.Job Role

  • Working with the hiring managers to define job parameters and outline desired qualifications
  • Advertising job openings on Company Website, Social Media, Job Boards
  • Directly source candidates to fill all future vacancies
  • Screen candidates’ applications
  • Complete Initial screening Interviews
  • Arrange Interviews with hiring managers
  • Update candidates during process, provide feedback and answer queries where necessary
  • Working with Management to help with forecasting of recruiting needs
  • Work with the HR team to help new hires onboard
  • Skills Required
  • Minimum of 1 Years’ experience of recruiting in the IT Industry
  • Experience of International Recruitment
  • Knowledge of CV Search portals
  • Experience of using various Interview formats (phone, video, group)
  • Be flexible and able to prioritise your workload and work to strict deadlines
  • High level of administration discipline and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Location & Package

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
