Job Description

Job title: HR Project AdministratorLocation: Derby, DerbyshireSector: Public SectorJob type: Contract / temporaryLocation: Remote or office based/ hybrid - flexibleSellick Partnership are currently working with an organisation in Derby, Derbyshire to recruit an Interim HR Project Administrator on a temporary basis to assist on the launch of a new HR and Payroll system, ITrent.The HR Project Administrator will:

  • Enter high quality, confidential workforce data as part of the ITrent systems implementation project
  • Put together a training guide for the HR team on how to use the ITrent system
  • If experienced, train the HR team on how to use the system
  • Identify any issues with the new system and report back
  • Attend weekly meetings on MS Teams, to report on the progress of the project
  • Assist the HR Business partner with report building
  • Take calls and queries from managers and staff by e-mail, phone or in person in respect of general HR queries and to provide accurate, professional and timely responses
  • Give advice and support on HR processes, systems and policies, escalating queries where necessary
  • Work closely and collaboratively with other HR team members providing assistance as required
  • Liaise with other departments including Payroll, Resourcing and Training as required
  • Work on project tasks, set by HR Business Partner
  • Build professional relationships with all stakeholders of the business
The HR Administrator will have:
  • Proven HR and/or project administrative experience within a busy, fast paced environment
  • Experience in a high volume administrative role
  • Previous experience of working with computerised systems or other mechanisms of recording large data sets
  • Previous experience of using MS Excel
  • Previous experience of accurately utilising, updating and inputting information onto HR information systems
  • Desirable experience: Experience of using ITrent system
