You will be helping to ensure the quality and timely delivery of financial results within Group Financial Control with a focus on month end reporting as well as statutory reporting at half-year and year-end.Client DetailsGlobal engineering / Manufacturing business with HQ in Derby, Hybrid working on offer with 50% remoteDescription· Preparation of the Group annual and interim financial statements, including co-ordination of divisional submissions and ownership of the Group consolidation.· Assist with the preparation of technical accounting papers for the Audit Committee· Key point of contact for the Groups auditors· Preparation of the monthly Board pack, including Group management accounts and monthly consolidation· Weekly cash flow forecasting (from divisional submissions) and reporting· Submitting monthly information to the Groups bankers, producing covenant compliance calculations and requesting facility utilisation· Consolidation of the Groups budget from divisional submissions and assist with the Group budget board presentationProfileYou will be a technically strong Finance Manager with experience of complex consolidations, IFRS and UK GAAP.You will be able to commit to working 50% of the time on-site in DerbyJob Offer12 month contract, £450-£500p/d Inside IR35
