The post-holder will provide proactive, high quality strategic and operational HR support to designated areas, aligning the Universitys vision and people, and supporting client areas in the formulation and implementation of local strategies and plans. The post-holder will also be responsible for a portfolio of high-level strategic projects within HR and across the University, as required.SkillsThe successful candidate will have strong generalist HR experience, including change and performance management in a complex organisation.
