HR Business Partner | Derbyshire | £45,000 | Hybrid workingCherry Professional are currently recruiting for anHR Business Partnerfor a well-established and growing organisation based in Derby. Combined with the design and delivery of the people strategies you will have some responsibility for managing activitiesthat align to Employee relations, Customer Connectivity, Talent and Development.The Role:- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, build capability and contribute to business discussions in order to drive people performance and the employee experience.- Offer expert advice to aid the resolution of complex employee relations issues. Ensure they are handled effectively and professionally by the relevant manager. Take proactive steps to identify trends, root causes and build manager capability.- Assist managers and collaborate with talent acquisition team in the development of appropriate selection and recruitment practices.- Assist and advise managers and where required take a lead role in the process of organisational change, including business restructure and redundancies.- Design and deliver training and coaching to managers and employees in matters relating to Performance Appraisal, Recruitment & Selection, Discipline & Grievance and Absence Management. - Support delivery of change management, stakeholder communications and HR related projects aligned to the business strategy.- Manage core HR process including annual performance review process.- Build and develop stakeholder relationships across the business and with relevant third parties.Ideal Candidate:-CIPD Level 5 qualifiedor working towards CIPD Qualification.-Experienced in HR people strategy; employee connectivity, performance, talent and ER.-Not afraid to make decisions and proactively manage workload.-Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.-Articulate communication skills, ability to coach, influence and negotiate at all levels, building long-term relationships.Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
