Job Description

We pride ourselves on always respecting each other within the office and our partners and clients.At Xuper we provide an extensive range of products, services and solutions selling global support, hardware, software, audio visual/video conferencing hardware solutions including video conferencing systems and associated professional services.About the Role & Responsibilities:We are recruiting for an HR Manager to join our established team here at Derby Head Office. The successful candidate can expect their role to be hands-on and will be required to assist with a variety of projects throughout the business. The successful candidatemust have experience of supporting with TUPE activity. This is an exciting new post to help Xuper navigate a period of accelerated growth.

  • Apply HR and business knowledge to Xuper
  • Supporting on TUPE activity within the business providing HR expertise
  • Develop HR policies and procedures to drive performance
  • Supporting the business with HR advise
  • Provide support and advice on recruitment strategies
  • Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals
  • Support Health & Safety compliance and raise all concerns to management team
  • Running monthly payroll and liaising with outsourced supplier
  • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and make changes when necessary
  • Participate in implementation of new projects, procedures, guidelines etc
Skills Required:
  • CIPD qualified (essential)
  • Experienced TUPE management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience of implementing HR policies and procedures
