Data Governance Manager based at Epworth House, DerbyPermanent - Full Time - 37 hoursHybrid WorkingAbout the roleAs Data Governance Manager you will be responsible for creating and leading a newly created Data Governance team responsible developing and implementing a Data Governance framework and associated Data Quality monitoring and management for MHA. Reportingto the Head of IT and working alongside IT Technical Leads and architects you will establish Data Domains and a framework that ensures a strategic, consistent, and aligned approach to data governance and documentation principles in preparation for roll outacross all areas. You will need to Communicate and drive cultural change with respect to data & its criticality from an ownership and adherence perspective including the implementation of regular Data Quality monitoring and reporting. This will include addressingpeople & process issues impacting data quality. You will be responsible for how MHA evolves Data Governance practices and determine the adoption of data standards. In addition, you will develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships andbe a true brand ambassador for MHA by living our values: respect every person, treating them with dignity; nurture mind body and spirit; and inspire the best in each other.About you You will be an experienced Data Governance Manager with in depth knowledge of industry leading data quality and data protection management practices. In addition you will have knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trendsand issues.
