Job Description

We are recruiting for this role during this challenging time however our client is able to adhere to all policies related to Covid 19 to ensure the well-being of all their employeesWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to be part of a small team reporting into a Manager, you will work for a reputable company based in Daley Abbey in Derby.As the Customer Service Advisor your working hours are Monday-Friday office hours working a 37.5 hours a week and must have experience in a similar roleAs the Customer Service Advisor your duties are listed belowHandles requests from customers in a local site/depot or branch environment. Includesnew account and pricing set up, order entry and queries and internal communicationwith operations and sales teamsRaises manual notes for permitted scenarios and updates Manual LogRaises credit notes adhering to the credit note request procedureTakes payments from customers and reconciles banking for gas (and equipment, ifapplicable)Calculates commission payments to agents and makes adjustments to cylinder holdingsCompletes manual template to create Proforma Invoices as requiredProvides rapid resolution to issues and assesses when a contact requires escalation orreferral to an expertDevelops and maintains knowledge of products, services and systems as requiredIdentifies sales opportunities for referral to the sales teamDevelops strong long term relationships with customers and agents to fully understandtheir needsProvides proactive service to select customers based on outbound contactManages work within KPI / target framework to optimise customer experience andproductivityTo be successful in the role of Customer Service Advisor we are looking for the following attributes:Confident and clear communication skills across all contact channelsCapable of prioritising workload and solving problemsAble to remain focused in a busy telephone environmentWillingness to learn about industry, products, customer and agent requirementsYou also receive the following benefitsWPA Health cash back Scheme4% Pension20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (additional 1 day for every year of service up to 25 days)Health assured mental health assistance programmeIndustry BackgroundOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
