Job Description

Are you immediately available SF Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to work for a fantastic client of ours based in Raynesway. This is a full time, temporary to permanent role paying up to £23,000. Our client is looking for confidentand experienced candidates who can come in and hit the ground running and make the role their own. This role is ideal for someone who can commit to a straight start, enjoys customer relationship building and gets a real buzz from working in a fast paced variedenvironment. You will be able to demonstrate a passion for providing an excellent customer service experience, and must have a genuine interest in going above and beyond for customers. Main duties will include -Answering customer queries via telephone and email -Ensure complaints are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner -Take payments over the phone -Help process customer orders -Process Credit checks -Data entry of customer details -Ensure the business is following GDPR guidelines at all times -Ensure smooth running of customer order and delivery processes -Update customers on orders and expectation of delivery times -Make outbound and take inbound calls maintaining a professional manner at all times -Work with the company couriers to ensure deliveries are made correctly. -General administrative duties such as, managing the post, filling, scanning etc Our client is looking for outgoing and confident candidates who have an excellent telephone manner, you will have strong IT skills and must be familiar with Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word. You will be able to work well in a team but alsowork well independently and must be able to use your own initiative. This role is office based working Monday - Friday.
