Job Description

Job Role: Customer Service Agent - Part Time weekendsLocation: DerbyPay Rate: £10.63phHours: Saturday 9am-5:30pm, Sunday 10am-4pmAn exciting opportunity to work for a high-end luxury brand, we are looking to recruit vibrant positive people to join their expert customer service team.What does the role involve:

  • Supporting customers via live chat, telephone and email
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints liaising with internal teams /customers/couriers
  • Placing customer mail orders - providing a tracking service
  • Processing returns , replacements and refunds
  • Maintaining product knowledge and promotions to provide a 1st class customer experience
  • Raising customer tickets, handling stock enquiries and data entry duties.
