Customer Service AdministratorDerby, DerbyshireWhat you need to bring to the tableIf you dont like talking to customers and vendors, this isnt the role for you. But if you have the ability to quickly pick up our client’s solution portfolio, deliver complex proposals and go that extra mile to deliver outstanding customer experience, you’ll settle into this role just fine.1.Customer service or inside sales experience. You know how to work with customers to give and provide information needed to fulfil orders and resolve issues. A resume glowing with outstanding references and applicable experience will go a long way to securing this role2.Comfortable talking on the phone.This is a customer facing role: the way to speak with customers is over the phone and via email. You know how to sound professional and maintain your calm3. Youre inquisitive.You have a passion for learning about products and can articulate them with perfection to customers4.CRM Experience.You have experience with a ticketing system, ideally Connectwise Manage (of course, our client also provides training on how they use their systems)5.Youre organised.Theres a difference between saying youre organised and actually being organised.6.The ability to have a laugh and work as part of a team.What’s the point if you can’t have an occasional laugh and bit of fun with your work friends!How our client will help you make the most of your skillsNaturally, youll have the tenacity to work independently. But that doesnt mean you wont have our client’s support. They provide full training on their process as well as their product ranges, and the pros and cons of different solutions. Theyll also train you in how to use their case management and quoting systems.Your Team Lead is there to provide help when you need it and leave you alone when you dont!This isnt a sales role.
