Job Description

Are you willing to Break the Mould Can you Deliver Wow If the answer is yes, read onOur client is one of the UKs leading financial services brands and they are looking to hire a creative CRO Executive with a can-do attitude to join the team. You will be responsible for devising and implementing split tests, as well as utilising optimisationand personalisation tools. Youll also help deliver A/B and multivariate testing to generating and qualifying leads.Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office in Derby.Working collaboratively with colleagues from CRO, UX, Data and Marketing your key responsibilities will be:

  • Shape and develop the strategic CRO/Experiments roadmap.
  • Conduct user-centred research to uncover key conversion barriers along the whole marketing funnel.
  • Develop well-formed, evidence driven problem statements and hypotheses.
  • Create and schedule experiments.
  • Communicate test results and user insights to internal stakeholders and the wider CRO team.
  • Adopt a range of research methods (qualitative and quantitative) to form a better understanding of customer goals, needs and behaviours by uncovering insights through the use of on-site surveys, heatmaps, session recordings and web analytics tools.
  • Use research findings and/or gather ideas from stakeholders to form strong, testable hypotheses. Write experiment plans, determine valuable metrics and design meaningful tests that add value and build internal customers knowledge.
  • Draw robust conclusions to assist the team and the wider business with user driven feature prioritisation while balancing commercial needs.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, web analysts and the marketing department to ensure a sharp experiment execution.
About You!Full training will be provided to ensure you can quickly get up to speed, but to be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:
  • Digital marketing experience - you must know your CPAs from your CTRs!
  • Enthusiasm and passion for digital marketing.
  • Ability to investigate and present creative solutions to specific problems.
  • Exceptional organisational skills - the ability to balance competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a number of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic, willing to get stuck in with different parts of a project as challenges arise.
  • Proactive and positive approach to your work.
  • Eagerness to develop new skills and services in the ever-changing digital marketing sector.
Desirable:
  • Experience using CRO research tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, CrazyEgg and Optimize, SiteSpect, Qubit.
  • End to end CRO experience - interpreting data to develop test hypothesis and executing and evaluating test data.
  • Knowledge and understanding of analysing and interpreting web analytics.
