I am currently recruiting for a highly established law firm in the Derbyshire region who are looking to recruit a Corporate/Commercial Paralegal in a busy department. This Is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and grow and development in a Corporate environment. The role Corporate/Commercial role will include:• Commercial contract support. • Drafting and reviewing documents. • Proof reading transaction step lists. • Commercial contracts.• Loan agreements.• Preparing legal document lists and briefing notes for corporate projects. • Liaising with clients and advisers.The Ideal candidate:• Previously worked in a Corporate/ Commercial Department. • Excellent academics• Able to work to deadlines. • Strong communication skills. • Excellent ICT skills.
