Job title: CoordinatorJob location: Derby, DE24Rates: £14.47p/h (equivalent salary £26,347.93)Shifts: Mornings, Afternoons and NightsHours per week: 35hrsDuration: up to 3 monthsStart date: ASAPClient Overview:East Midlands railway operator dealing with the day-to-day operation and maintenance of passenger rolling stock.Job overview:Work with the resource centre environment and assist the Duty Resource Centre Manager during times of disruption. Duties may be varied on a day to day basis as required by the Duty Resource Centre Manager, when a degree of flexibility is needed to aid servicerecovery and maintain smooth operations. Full training will be givenWhat does that include*To ensure Rostering is completed in line with safety standards and within the parameters laid down in business conditions and local agreements.*Provide a consistent high level standard of rostering which is required to run a professional and successful business.*Ensure all resources are allocated efficiently and within agreed deadlines*Work with the Planning department and import when prompted.*Maintain Route knowledge records.*Ensure Fatigue and risk procedure is adhered to.*To ensure that rosters are prepared in advance.*A good telephone manner is essential.*Work closely with our Customer experience and driver managers and assist in managing releases.*Produce reports as required.*Monitor annual leave levels of Staff and provide timely and proactive reports on utilisation. *Any other duties as directed by the Duty Resource Centre Manager/Lead resource centre manager within the sphere of activity.
