Job Description

Are you an experienced Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a new and exciting challenge Our reputable client based in Derby are looking to hire aConveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing business.To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Previous experience in conveyancing as a Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or CharteredLegal Executive
  • Experience of working within a busy residential conveyancing department
  • Have a methodicalapproach to handle varied caseload
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, forward thinking, positive and results focused professional with a high degree of credibility surrounding residential conveyancing.Within this Conveyancer / Fee Earner position, you’ll also be:
  • Managing a mixed and varied caseload of residentialconveyancingmatters from end to end
  • Dealing with freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build
  • Ensuring all conveyancing transactionssare handled professionally and efficiently
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote team working
