Compliance ManagerDerby12 month FTC£45,000 - £50,000Macildowie are pleased to be exclusively working with a leading IT Service Management company based in Derby. Due to huge growth, we are assisting them in their search for a Compliance Manager to join them on an initial 12 month FTC.The successful candidate will help ensure that the organisation operate in a framework that is compliant with the industry standards and regulations required for their type of business, whilst still being flexible and fast moving. Although based from Derby, the successful candidate will work with technical and non-technical department heads at other sites across the UK to develop, maintain and monitor policies and procedures that allow us to achieve this goal. Hybrid and flexible workingis also on offer. Role & responsibilities include:Maintain, monitor and improve the existing standards such as ISO27001 Information Security, ISO9001 Quality Standards, Cisco CMSP, PCI Compliance, ITIL Supervise the Internal and External Audit process for each standardIdentify existing and new regulatory requirements across the business and ensure compliance in all areasHelp ensure that new products and solutions developed by the business are compliant with company standardsEnsure policies and procedures are adequately documented and that audit trails are availableIdeal candidate:Experience of working in a standards driven environment Excellent time management and ability to work to a fast pacePreferably from an IT, Telco, Security or ISP background Experience of dealing with internal and external audits Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloadWide knowledge of IT industry standards and regulations Excellent written and oral presentation skills The ability to communicate with all levels of the business and with technical and non-technical staff.Macildowie is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a rich history of enhancing the careers of professionals across the Midlands and the Northern Home Counties.
