We are seeking a passionate and experienced Home Manager to commission one of our clients brand new homes opening near Derby.This is a great opportunity to join one of the UKs leading providers of care. The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience in running and commissioning a nursing home ensuring the home is compliant with CQC legislation, occupied to sufficientlevels and also ensuring new staff are trained to deliver the very best care to the residents.The role is paying up to £80k +bonus!Requirements:Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin. Commissioning experience. Proven success of managing a nursing home. Excellent leadership skills, lead your team by example.
