Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, and responsible for the mobile night deep cleaning team and all night shift teams across the EMR contract where we provide cleaning services.Looking for a Cleaning Manager to start ASAP based in Derby but also expected to travel to cover sites in;SheffieldNottinghamLeicesterClient DetailsMy client delivers Facilities Management and Building solutions to organisations across a wide range of sectors on a National scale.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the successful Cleaning Manager will be;o Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, COVID19, first aid, fire and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your work place. Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.o Report immediately any accidents / incidents , close calls and positive interventions via the VINCI Footprint reporting system. Also, any fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate.o Carry out or support any investigations into breaches of Health & Safetyo TBTs - Tool Box Talks deliver scheduled monthly tool box talks ensuring all cleaners sign attendance sheets.o Comply with all Incentive QAS Company policies/procedures and client site rules and regulationso Complete regular H&S Audits.ProfileThe successful Cleaning Manager will;
