Whats important to us is that our little humans are having a good time while they learn.As an Activity Leader you willbe responsible for
  • Creating an exciting play environment for children to thrive.
  • Providing a whole of child approach to learning.
  • Engaging with children in entertaining and educational play.
  • Supervising children to ensure their safety and security is a primary focus
  • Being a leader, empowering your team to deliver within safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
For your adventureWe know that heroes come in all shapes and sizes, but here are some things that will help you get the job:
  • Level 2 Childcare Qualification
  • A passion for working with children is essential
  • A desire to be a childs hero
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for people.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Youre a big kid at heart
  • Paediatric first aid qualification is a nice to have (we can organise this for you).
