Negotiable DOE.Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pmDerby (role will be relocated to Solihull at the end of the year!)Business Improvement/ Continuous Improvement Manager sought for a long-established motorcycle manufacturing company based in Castle Donington. Due to a large investment on site they are looking for a Business Improvement/ Continuous Improvement Manager to oversee and manage the growing department, part of this development plan is the acquisition of new premises in the Solihull area.A very exciting time to be joining a refreshed brand with over 100 years of history with the new financial backing of a global giant within the industry!This role will be suited to Business Improvement/ Continuous Improvement Managers within the Motorcycle industry sector. The main focus of the role will be to drive the continuous improvements and business improvements and this will involve liaising closely with all departments from the designers, production and manufacturing teams and engineers. You will work with, oversea and manage Business improvements and continuous improvements across the business. This is senior role and requires a highly experienced and confident decision maker, efficient problem solver and with the ability to aid in pulling all departments together to ensure development and embedding new skills and ways of working.The company are a successful manufacturing brand who has recently become a part of one of the largest motor vehicle manufacturing companies globally. Due to further growth and investment into the UK sites they are looking for an individual to join the growing brand and manage the growing team.
