Job Description

Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Head Office - Castle DoningtonSalary: Up to £30,000 DOE + uncapped commission OTE £40,000+Monday - Friday 09:00-16:00About the role:Our client is a main supplier of portable dancefloors, bespoke bars and flooring to the UK, Europe and International customers. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to generate business opportunities and build long lasting relationshipswith clients in the hospitality and lesiure sectors.As aBusiness Development Executive,you will achieve maximum sales and profitability, both individually and at the company level by presenting their products to the highest standard possible and ensuring customer needs are fully met.Whats in it for you

Key responsibilities of our Business Development Executive.
  • Outbound calls to generate sales leads
  • Converting initial enquires into sales by listening to our customers and matching products to their requirements
  • Closing key sales
  • Managing a sales area with large potential
  • Communicating with existing and potential customers, ensuring they are aware of our bespoke services and products
  • Meeting individual targets and contributing to team targets
  • Managing your own diary to follow up on potential leads
What we are looking for in a Business Development Executive
  • Previous B2B experience isessential
  • Experience working in the hospitality or lesiure industry is desirable
  • Confidence selling over the phone or virtually
  • Exeperience within a sales office or call centre is desirable
  • Experience of working to targets and KPI’s
  • Strong ability to actively listen and identify windows of opportunity to sell/upsell
