  • Have a genuine opportunity to shape the commercial and corporate sales strategy in a role created by growth and ambitious expansion plans for the short, medium and long term
  • Join the senior management team at one of the biggest names in the market - driving sales, commercial objectives, regional marketing initiatives and managing sizeable established income streams
  • Ensure that your sales teams deliver ambitious but realistic budgets in line with the group growth plans
  • Be a key driving force behind client service and satisfaction, compliance and other key deliverables
  • Take personal responsibility for large and complex risks and major client programmes leading sales initiatives and corporate propositions.
  • Maintain the companys high profile within the local business community delivering a wide range of events and forums
  • Contribute to and manage ongoing people development across a large and well-established team, leading innovative and industry leading training and development programmes.

You
  • A Sales Manager/ Director, or potentially a senior Account Executive / Account Director with the skills and ambition to press on; youll thrive in this role where youll be empowered to deliver a winning regional strategy.
  • Commercially astute, youll have a strong insurance knowledge and sector experience and a track record of budget delivery
  • An exceptional communicator, you will thrive in the corporate space and be comfortable negotiating large complex programmes pulling together Broking and Technical teams, Insurer propositions and client engagement to secure the best success for all interestedparties
  • You will have a flair for leadership and the drive and ambition to take a hands on role in the next stage of this business exceptional growth
