We are looking for an outstanding and inspirational practitioner who will have a considerable and sustained impact on the quality of Teaching and Learning across the academy and the ability to build upon our current developments and achievements. Candidates should have a record of effective leadership and innovation at middle management level and be able to evidence their impact on student achievement.The successful candidate will contribute to school self-evaluation, development, planning and appraisal.
