Area Manager - RetailThe transformation journey this high-street retailer has been on over the past 18 months is nothing short of incredible. The good news is, they’re far from finished.This is your opportunity to join the team as they continue growing, innovating, and bucking the high-street trend.In the roleYou’ll become an integral part of the retail leadership team, working to coach, engage, and inspire your store management teams. That’ll typically range up to around 20 stores with this retailer.Your key focus will be people, whether you’re upskilling your colleagues to improve capability, sharing your compelling vision, identifying and nurturing future leaders, making sure that the customer’s experience drives the behaviours of your teams or anything else.You’ll lead from a commercial point of view, taking responsibility for delivering against KPIs across your area, regularly monitoring performance, and addressing underperformance issues as they arise with commercial action plans.About youYou’ll have a background of successfully leading teams and delivering against targets in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment. You will currently be working in a multi-site role and consider yourself to be a top performer with achievements and figures to back that up.Your experience will include proven experience in implementing business plans, managing compliance, and leading people through periods of significant change while overcoming any of their concerns.We can’t stress the importance of strong leadership skills enough.
